🔹 How long does shipping take?

All planters are made-to-order, which means we print them after you place an order. This ensures minimal waste and maximum sustainability.

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days for the 70-120mm and 2-3 business days for 170-220mm
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping times apply depending on your location

🔹 Do you offer custom sizes or colors?

Yes! If you need a specific size, color, or design, let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate your request. Custom orders may take additional processing time.

🔹 Are your planters suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Our PLA planters are durable and lightweight, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, prolonged direct sunlight may cause slight color fading over time.

🔹 What materials do you use?

We use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch and sugarcane. It’s an eco-friendly, sustainable alternative to traditional plastics.

🔹 Can I return or exchange a product?
Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily resolve the issue.
