Shipping policy

Made to order, shipped with care

Every Vessela piece is 3D printed to order in our Wollongong studio, so please allow 4–5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer — we'll let you know if so.

Shipping & tracking

We ship Australia-wide, with tracking emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the studio. Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We're happy to ship to many countries outside Australia. Delivery times vary by destination, and any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer's responsibility — these aren't included at checkout.

Delays

Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If something seems lost or stuck, email Support@vesselahome.com.au and we'll help track it down.
