If it isn’t quite what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, items must be:

safely packaged for return
Change-of-mind returns:
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
(If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect — we cover shipping.)
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will organise a replacement or refund, and we cover all return shipping costs.
Please include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
