How long does one refill last?
Typically 1.5–2 weeks for indoor plants. Timing varies with plant type, pot size, soil, light levels, and room temperature.
What plants does it suit?
Best for indoor plants that like consistent, even moisture — monsteras, peace lilies, philodendrons, ficus, calatheas and many tropicals. Not recommended for succulents or cacti that prefer drying out between watering.
How do I clean and refill the reservoir?
The reservoir is fully removable — lift it out, rinse with warm water, refill through the funnel opening, and pop it back in. No tools, no mess.
Can I replace the cotton wick?
Yes. The natural cotton wick is designed to be replaceable for long-term use. When it's time, get in touch and we'll sort you a replacement.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, in mild conditions. For best longevity we recommend indoor or sheltered use, and bringing it inside during freezing weather.
