Over the last couple of years, Vessela pieces have quietly turned up at some very special occasions — rows of colour-matched vases as wedding centrepieces, candle holders styled down long reception tables, and event pieces printed in the exact shade a stylist needed. Wedding centrepieces, made to order

Most homewares stores can only sell you what's on the shelf. We print every piece to order, so if your reception needs 30 matching vases — or 12 in one colour and 12 in another — we simply make them. No raiding six different shops for the last few in stock, and no mismatched batches.

Colour-matched to your palette

Every design comes in our full palette of 27+ colours, from soft neutrals and Morandi tones to bold brights, so it's easy to pick up the exact tones in your flowers, linen, or stationery. And for bulk orders we can go one step further — if the shade you're after isn't in our range, we can do custom colours for larger event orders. Tell us the colour you're chasing and we'll let you know what's possible.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your event. Fill in the form below with your event date, rough quantities, and the colours or pieces you have in mind.
  2. We plan it with you. We'll confirm colours, sizes, pricing for your quantity, and a production timeline that comfortably beats your date.
  3. We print and ship. Your pieces are made to order in Wollongong and shipped anywhere in Australia — or worldwide.

For larger orders, a few weeks' notice is ideal — but if your event is closer than that, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Can you make enough pieces for a large wedding or event?

Yes. Because every piece is 3D printed to order, quantity isn't limited by what's in stock — we've printed full matching sets for wedding receptions and styled events. For larger orders, we recommend getting in touch a few weeks ahead of your date so there's comfortable production time.

Can you match our wedding colours?

Almost always. Our palette of 27+ colours covers most wedding palettes, from soft neutrals to bold brights, and you can mix colours across your set. For bulk orders we can also do custom colours — if you need a specific shade we don't stock, tell us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do you offer pricing for bulk or event orders?

Get in touch with your quantities and we'll put together pricing for your order. We're a small Australian studio and we love being part of weddings and events, so we'll always do our best to make the numbers work.

Are the vases suitable for fresh flowers?

Yes — our vases are printed to hold water, so fresh flowers can go straight in on the day with no liners or inserts needed.

How far in advance should we order?

For most event orders, two to four weeks before your date is comfortable. Smaller orders can often be turned around faster — our standard make time is around 4–5 business days plus shipping. If you're on a tight timeline, ask and we'll confirm what's achievable.
