When will I get my order?
Every Vessela piece is made to order in our Wollongong studio, allowing us to offer a wider range of colours and finishes while keeping waste to a minimum.
Please allow 4-5 business days for production and packing before your order ships.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once it’s on its way.
If you’re ordering for a gift or a special date, contact us before purchasing and we’ll confirm the current turnaround.

How to Order a Custom Insert

Your pot must not have a drainage hole, as the insert relies on a sealed reservoir at the base.
