When will I get my order?
Every Vessela piece is made to order in our Wollongong studio, allowing us to offer a wider range of colours and finishes while keeping waste to a minimum.
Please allow 4-5 business days for production and packing before your order ships.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once it’s on its way.
If you’re ordering for a gift or a special date, contact us before purchasing and we’ll confirm the current turnaround.
Where are your products manufactured?

Each piece is made to order in our Wollongong studio, Australia, using modern 3D printing and eco-friendly materials.
This means your piece is created just for you — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Named after ham radio slang, Ham is a nod to connection, signal, and form. Its rounded, segmented surface creates a soft rhythm that catches light from every angle, while the clean cylindrical shape keeps it grounded and versatile.
